FROM OUR ROOTS TO SALTY C'S
Salty C’s was founded by husband-and-wife team Chad and Mallory. Chad brings a lifetime of multi-generational fishing experience from Campobello Island—from lobster fishing and herring seining to scalloping, shrimping, and commercial diving. Mallory brings her background as a nutritionist, a lifelong love of cooking and creating recipes, and a passion for bringing people together through food and shared experiences. Together, their different backgrounds came together naturally—Chad’s deep connection to the sea and Mallory’s creativity in the kitchen—to create Salty C’s and share exceptional East Coast seafood and Maritime hospitality with others.
